Have a tax exempt group? Bring your ST3 Form. Cost is reduced to $6.49 per student.
*Minimum group size 10 kids. Maximum group size 48.*
Field trip includes 60 minutes of structured activities and free time
Children age 4 and under will need at least one extra active adult helper per 10 children to assist with following directions.
Example: 27 preschoolers would need 3 active adult helpers
Please consider additional support for children with special needs.
Note: Our 60 minutes of structured activities have a “constant motion” model.
Typically kiddos get pretty tired after 60 minutes of fun!

Get BGC waivers, supplied in an email to be printed at school and collected at school and brought the day of the event. Children without a waiver will not be allowed to participate.
Prepare yourself for the day of the event:
Organize your waivers and payment for the day of the event. Payment due prior to playing! Cash or check payments only.
Prepare your participants for safe play by informing them of the following rules:
Basic Rules for SAFE PLAY at BGC
Plan to wear comfortable and appropriate apparel! Leotards allowed, but not required!
No socks, no baggy clothing, no jeans, no zippers, no buttons, jewelry (stud earrings are ok).
Hair should be secured away from your face.
Bring a water bottle. You’ll be thirsty! We have cups available, but individual water bottles are very handy!
