GymKidz Camp

Join us for camps that are designed to get your body moving and learn, or work towards mastery of, the FUNdamentals of the sports.

What to expect at a GymKidz Camp?

Our GymKidz Camps (formerly Fun, Flips and Friends Camps) are for boys and girls looking to burn some energy and make some new friends. During camp, we'll explore all the areas of the gym through obstacle courses and workstations, play some games, have a small healthy snack and make some time for free play! These camps are not designed specifically to build a strong gymnastics foundation, but participation will definitely increase overall strength, flexibility, endurance and confidence! And you'll very likely be better at some important FUNdamental skills! 

GymKidz Camps vary in their length and duration depending on targeted age group and available staff and gym space. We have single day and multi day camps. Look for GymKidz Camps during school breaks or summer months. They are so fun. Parents: Drop your kids off. Go run some errands, do some housework in peace or grab coffee with a friend. Then, pick up a sweaty, worn out version of your child. It's a win-win.
