Birthday Parties

A BGC party coordinator will organize 60 minutes of gymnastics fun including games, obstacle courses, stations and free time. Then, you are free to continue the party in our party space for 45 minutes of snacks, gifts and fun! Please reserve your party at least two weeks in advance by emailing www.balancegymnasticscenter.com!

Active participants = Participants aged 3 - 18 who are playing in gym space

Ages 2 and under: Explore the gym as they are able with caregiver supervision during the first hour of the party for no additional cost. 

 

Thanks for your understanding!

*Extra friend? No problem. $10 each for active participation paid the day of the party.

Helpful Information: ​

  • Please plan to reserve your party at least 2 weeks in advance using our online events calendar.

  • Parties must be paid in full upon reservation.

  • Your party will "disappear" when you reserve it and "reappear" within 72 hours of your reservation for your guests to register.

  • Waivers are required from all guests and can be completed in 2 ways:

    1. ​Preferred method: Guide your guests to our homepage. Use the button that says "View our EVENTS CALENDAR".

    2. Alternative method: Paper and pencil on the day of the party

 

  • Participants should come with comfortable clothing, but leotards are not required. No jeans, zippers, buttons, or jewelry allowed.  

  • Bring your own food, snacks and decor. 

  • Please plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes early and plan to leave within 15 minutes of your scheduled party time. Don't worry: You'll have an hour while kids play in the gym to set up your party space.

  • Some families have found it helpful to plan some activities during their time in the party space.

    • Examples: Bingo, craft projects, simple party games, etc.

  • We'll take care of the cleanup. Just toss your garbage and get on with your day. Easy peasy! ​

  • Due to space constraints, the BGC Bounce house is not available during birthday parties at this time. 

​

Cancellation policy: Full refund if you provide more than 14 days notice. BGC credit will be given if you provide less than 14 days notice. 

 

Time spent in the facility beyond your party reservation period + 15 minutes to set up + 15 minutes to clean up window will be billed to your card on file at our gym rental rate of $75/hour.
